Credentials matter - and they can be verified. But beyond qualifications, the most honest answer is this: look at how this practice communicates. A practice that tells you when it can't help you, that filters clients rather than taking everyone, that sets honest expectations instead of making promises - that behaviour is itself evidence of integrity. You are encouraged to have the Guidance Call, and judge for yourself. Instead of demanding your trust, we would rather earn it.

The honest answer is: there are no guarantees - and any practice that promises you one should be questioned.
What can be said is this: sessions are only offered when there is a genuine belief, based on the Guidance Call, that true movement is possible. You will not be taken on as a client if the work isn't suited to where you are. That filter protects both of us.
What the results depend on, beyond that, is you. This work asks for honesty, consistency, and a willingness to be challenged. When those things are present, people move. When they aren't, they don't - regardless of how skilled the guide is. In the most respectful way, I’ll say: your results are in direct proportion to your participation.
-
The more useful question might be: what is the cost of not doing this? Not in a guilt-inducing way, but practically.
The pattern that keeps repeating in your relationships. The friction that makes clear decisions harder. The distance you feel from yourself or the people you love.
Those things have a cost too - in energy, in time, in the quality of your life and relationships.
The work here is priced as an investment in yourself. It compounds too.
That said, if pricing is a genuine barrier, raise it in the Guidance Call.

That's a fair and important question, and it deserves a direct answer rather than a vague reassurance.
Traditional therapy is often focused on processing: talking through what happened, understanding the origins of your pain, managing symptoms. That has real value. But for many people, it stops there. They understand their patterns intellectually and still can't seem to move beyond them.
This work operates differently. The focus is not on processing for its own sake, it's on ownership and movement. You're not here to revisit your past indefinitely. You're here to understand your role in your present, develop the capacity to see yourself and others more clearly, and actually shift how you show up. The question isn't only "why am I like this?" It's "what are you going to do with that understanding?"
If previous therapy gave you insight, this is designed to give you momentum as well.

The people in this community are here because they're working through something too. Nobody arrives having figured it out. The group is not a space where people perform wellness at each other - it's a space where people are honestly in the process of it. Judgment tends to dissolve quickly when everyone in the room recognises themselves in each other.

Coaching tends to focus on goals, actions, and external results. It works forward from where you are. This practice works inward - examining the patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics with Psychological precision. They determine every decision you make and every shift you find yourself in. The shift that happens here isn't in your to-do list. It's in the lens through which you see yourself and others. Such kind of change tends to affect everything, not just one area you're working on.
