1. Nature of Services

EnlightenValley LLP provides preventive psycho-education programs, digital courses, workshops, and structured learning experiences focused on mental clarity, decision-making, and behavioral development.

All offerings are educational in nature. They do not constitute therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, or emergency services.

Due to the intellectual and digital format of our products, all purchases are access-based and time-sensitive.

2. Digital Courses & Recorded Programs

  • Once course access is granted, the purchase is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal scheduling conflicts

    • Failure to complete the program

    • Subjective dissatisfaction

In the event of verified technical access issues, we will restore access. Refunds will not be issued once access is functional.

3. Live Workshops / Cohort Programs

Participant Cancellation

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the scheduled start date:
    80% refund (20% retained toward administrative and processing costs).

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before start date:
    Non-refundable. One-time transfer to a future batch may be permitted, subject to availability.

  • Non-attendance without prior notice:
    Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation by EnlightenValley LLP

If a program is cancelled by us, participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to a future cohort.

4. Subscription / Membership Plans (If Applicable)

  • Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing only.

  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. 1:1 Preventive Sessions (If Offered)

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Payments are non-refundable once confirmed, unless the session is cancelled by EnlightenValley LLP.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Verified billing error

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase via official email listed on the website.

Approval remains at the sole discretion of EnlightenValley LLP.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us for resolution may result in suspension of access to current and future programs.

8. Policy Revisions

EnlightenValley LLP reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The applicable version will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
