Once we are aware of the problem and we establish hope and courage around it, only then it will be the right space for you to judge whether you really need sessions, a community support, or you can help yourself.

02 Establish lighter feeling


Once you arrive in clarity, you can choose to move forward at your own terms, or choose to have ongoing support via 1:1 sessions or community access.
