Group sessions and workshops are where shared honesty creates movement. Led by a psychologist - and occasionally joined by guest experts - these are structured spaces to explore relationship patterns, inner blocks, and the ways we communicate (and miscommunicate) with the people around us.
There's something that happens when a room full of people - all carrying different versions of the same questions - sit down together with real guidance.
You realise you are not as alone in your patterns as you thought. You hear someone articulate something you've never been able to say. You see your own reflection in a story that isn't yours.
That's not coincidence. That's what this work is designed to do.
What these sessions are:
Group sessions and workshops are structured, facilitated spaces - held online and in-person - that go deep on the themes most people are fighting with: how to find balance within themselves, how to navigate conflict without losing the relationship, how to actually understand the patterns they keep repeating, and how to communicate in ways that connect instead of wound.
Each session is led by a psychologist, with select workshops bringing in guest experts whose knowledge adds a specific layer of depth to the topic at hand.
What these sessions are not:
They are not a place to perform wellness. Not a seminar where you take notes and leave unchanged. And not a substitute for the 1:1 work - though for many people, the group is where they discover what they actually need to work on privately.
You will be expected to be present, honest, and open to being challenged - rather meaningfully.
